Welcome to Kindergarten Dinner | September 8

For rising kindergartners and their families

At Redeemer West Side, kindergarten is the first year in which children attend the worship service with parents before being dismissed to their Sunday school classes. We will celebrate this milestone with pizza and popsicles, and hear from Worship Director Tom Jennings, Executive Pastor Drew Field, and Children’s Ministry Director Meagan Lloyd about what your child can expect when attending the service.

Boxes of Love | November 10

Service project for children and their families

The West Side Children’s Ministry partners with Hope for New York and the Inner City Ministry of Cru for Boxes of Love, a service opportunity for the whole family. Families decorate boxes and pack Thanksgiving dinner (consisting of nonperishable food items) to be distributed to hundreds of families in need.

Birthday Party for Jesus | December 1

For families and friends

Redeemer West Side and Lincoln Square Children’s Ministries invite families to celebrate the birth of Jesus with Christmas carols and a Nativity program, crafts, games and cake. Kids of all ages are welcome, and please bring friends!

Kits of Care | January 26

Service project for children and their families

Join the Children’s Ministry and Hope for New York for a service project for the entire family. Families will pack up to 800 hygiene care kits that will later be distributed to the homeless during Don’t Walk By, an outreach to the homeless in Manhattan.

Parents' Night Out | February 16

For nursery to fifth grade

We invite families to let us care for your children while you enjoy a few hours to reconnect, go to dinner, or enjoy some peace.

Vacation Bible School | July 8 - 12

For children 4 (by Dec 31, 2019) to rising 5th graders

Vacation Bible School is a week-long camp where children experience a fun-filled morning of worship, games, crafts, and missions, that all point to Jesus.
