Special Needs Teacher Needed (Part-time, Sunday, 2 hours/ week)
Redeemer West Side Children’s Ministry is looking to hire a part-time teacher for one to two individuals who need a one-on-one buddy during class time at the 11:30 a.m. service. These children need a grown-up who is attentive to their unique needs, and who is patient as they learn about Jesus. For the majority of the class time, these children will be in a small classroom environment, as well as spend time in a larger classroom setting for worship and praise time. The children benefit from a multi-sensory teaching approach and attention paid to their individual abilities. The position will be on an hourly basis for two hours each week. This is a great opportunity for someone who attends the 9:30 a.m. or 5 p.m. service and is looking to get involved in Children's Ministry at a staff level.
